
The AM1 series insertion machine adopts a single-beam dual-drive structure with dual-side feeding design, featuring a compact and highly efficient layout, achieving a theoretical maximum capacity of 3000 units per hour under optimal conditions.
Its core strengths lie in high precision (±0.025mm) and flexible insertion capability, equipped with six independently controlled insertion heads that support 360° insertion at any angle, segmented force control, and component collision avoidance functionality.
The machine offers wide compatibility with component sizes (3.0×3.0mm to 35×35mm) and PCB sizes (single track supports up to 720×410mm maximum). It is integrated with an intelligent vision system (1 set of MARK point cameras + 6 sets of bottom-view cameras with dual-color lighting) for stable polarity recognition.
Additionally, the equipment features low energy consumption (2.5kW) and supports flexible configuration of chain/belt transport tracks, making it suitable for high-precision, high-efficiency electronic component insertion needs across various industries such as computers, automotive electronics, and new energy.
